Donald Trump is correct about "shithole" countries: Sorry India that includes you
Firstly there is no evidence that President Trump ever mentioned that specific word with reference to citizens of less than desirable countries wishing to move to U.S. It was actually recounted by Senator Dick Durbin who has a rich history of attributing false quotes to his political adversaries.
Even so, it is worth discussing why some countries are indeed shitholes. Let us start with the literal take on that word. Yes, India I am looking at you. India leads the world in public defecation. We are #1 at #2 in the open. If only that was an Olympic sport, atleast here Indian would ahem clean up on the medal tally.
Not far behind is Haiti which was also on the agenda. Haiti has been a hellhole since it had its own French Revolution where its idea of which was rid itself of the French in the most barbaric way possible. And it has headed downhill ever since. For those racist cranks who think it is because they are predominantly of African heritage, let me stop you right there. Haiti shares the island with Dominian Republic which is a rather pleasant place with near first world living conditions and yes these are mostly of African descent as well. Same goes for Barbados.
In the end, it is not about race but cultural values. Haiti simply doesnt possess any desirable ones. And the NGOs not only do they not help but seem to actively loot the country(hello Clinton Foundation). Goddamn, is there anyplace where NGOS actually do any good?
For the sentimental types who quote Emma Lazarus poem at the bottom of the statue of Liberty "give me your poor , your tired huddled masses yearning to be free". It is not clear, she was referring to immigrants at all but rather African American slaves for whom the statue was dedicated. The statue is based on a Roman goddess of Freedom -Liberta.
Indeed excessive immigration from countries such as Mexico, Haiti and parts of Africa which are all unskilled labor actually end up causing resentment and economic stagnation amongst America's native minorities such as African Americans and Hispanics many of whom are blue collar workers.
It seems that the Democrats for whatever reasons have no more use for blacks and seek to replace them wholesale with new voting blocks.
Indeed most immigrants, Indians included are not interested in liberty and freedom at all. They take with the most dysfunctional aspects of their culture along with the more desirables ones. For example Indian Americans have the highest median income of any ethnic group in America including whites(taken as a whole) , also the highest number of advanced degrees. However they are reliable Democrat voters with all the attendant attacks on liberty, free speech, free markets, gun rights, property rights and fondness for redistribution of wealth. In other words the very ideas which attracted them to the country in the first place and guaranteed their success. As if this was not bad enough, they are often shrillest of political activists for the left in the culture wars. This is where cranks like Kshama Sawant and her crusade for raising the minimum wage in Seattle ended up causing massive unemployment for the underclass. Other "brilliant" suggestion she had was that Boeing should reconfigure their factories to make household appliances so as to promote peace or some other crap.
Immigrants from India, China, south East Asia and other poor countries are well represented in social security frauds and scams as well as chain migration which doesnt tend to invite the best but dimwitted and parasitic relatives who otherwise cant make it on their own. And what does this lot do? Yup end up on welfare and mooch off the state.
In the past with limited communication technology, it was very difficult to keep in touch with the motherlands and hence assimilation was really not a choice. And immigration would ebb and flow and government policy was to ensure the gates would open roughly every 40 years.
However since 1965, it has been non stop and with virtually free audio and video communication anywhere in the globe and increased tolerance for cultural practices, there is hardly any attempt at assimiliation at all. Indeed on the contrary, it is amusing that Indians come to America and lecture native born Americans of the greatness of Indian culture and how Americans are lacking in this regard. How exactly do you expect Americans to respond to this condescension? Yes it would go more like "hey if your country is that great, how come it is a literal shithole?" . And the same Indian who badgered American culture from which he benefits immensely will now whine about being a victim of racism.
Indians don't really have a good reputation in U.S when it comes to character traits. They are notorious for their arrogance, racism(towards blacks particularly) and class snobbery.
Chinese have a similar reputation if not worse(there, hyper ventilating Vadakayilist nationalists , are you happy?)
Nigerians on the other hand , tend to be well educated but well mannered and polite. No matter who they talk to , there is always a "Sir, madam, thank you and god bless" present in the conversation.
And they are also cleaner, better dressed and groomed than Indians. And this may shock Indian ladies obsessed with fair skin, but on average Nigerian women are prettier than Indian women and better dressed and put together. However to be fair, there are some Nigerians with terrible BO and their cuisine is just awful. But then again Im raised on Indian cuisine so Im accustomed to the best (IMO)
It really irritates me when Indians make fun of blacks (whether African , Caribbean or African American) for whatever reason.
For these reasons, an immigration moratorium on both legal and illegal immigration is best for atleast 10 years. A lot of racial resentments and hostility will actually cool down by this point and Americans being regular people will start missing what they dont have and will whole heartedly swing their doors open again at the right time.
It is amazing that many people dont realize that immigration to a country with the largest economy in the world offering the most opportunity is a privilege , not a right.
Indians should realize that and start fixing the shithole of our third world country first so that in the near future, there will be no need for anyone to migrate out anymore. I am skeptical if the Indian union is capable of this. I believe with a European style federation, perhaps Indian states may not achieve the standards of Western Europe but quite possibly Malaysia or Singapore which is not too shabby. Atleast Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, HP,UK, Gujarat and West Bengal can manage.
I am not so sure about the other states such as Rajashtan, Telenganga, Odisa, Chhatisgargh,MP,Jharkahd, Haryana, Punjab , U.P and Bihar.
At this point I dont include Kashmir as that seems a lost cause.
Unless they get their act together, they will remain shitholes.
However this federation is unrealistic in this point as India has considerable national security threats in the form of China and its cats paw Pakistan.
It seems Modi who had a promising start with regard to the economy has ceded his authority to the RSS which engages in useless cultural wars which do no favors to Hinduism. Neither does it do any sort of damage to Islamic supremacism.
Hence India will remain a shithole in the forseeable future.
Sir,
ReplyDeleteJust in time! It's a coincidence that I returned to the Internet on the same day as you uploaded a new post!
I just came back from Padmavati (that too 3D!!), and it felt like my head was getting heavier and heavier with each passing minute! It was so goddamn slow, I was literally begging for the movie to end, and then came the intermission! I was relieved, but not for long....
Coming to your post.
Sir, is Telangana really lost? I mean, Hyderabad has plenty of IT startups and to me it looks like it has a brighter future than Bengaluru, at least for now. Andhra Pradesh, I know, that state has been growing at a super fast pace since 2014.
Tamil Nadu is dead. Here's me hoping it can be resurrected, though I'm doubtful. I rest my case.
Singapore has better living standards than Western Europe. Malaysia has been steeped into corruption under Najib Razak since the last decade. When you have free, please see this documentary by 4corners, which is part of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlAqyw8RVeU
Are you referring to Kalavai Venkat types, whom you mentioned wanted to force Hinduism upon the American society, when you mentioned the class snobbery, racism and arrogance of Indians in the USA? Or did I miss it completely?
"We are #1 at #2 in the open." - I just couldn't stop laughing.
Thanks.
There is a lot of socialist schemes in TN. But compared to 50 years where most Tamils would only consider being a government servant of some sort, the move towards a more entrepreneurial society is a welcome development.
ReplyDeleteIn general Tamil Muslims are more trade minded than Hindus it appears for historical reasons I suppose.
Yes Kalavai Venkat is the type of nauseating individual I had in mind. It is amazing when I confronted him on these points, he said it doesnt matter where he is as in the end it is just different techtonic plates. Basically this is a guy who doesnt know how to argue. It would take an entire book to deconstruct that stupidity.
All of Sanjay Leela Bhansali films are ineffectual snooze fests lacking in any type of depth or historical perspective. The foolish Rajputs have greatly enhanced his prestige by protesting thereby giving the impression that he is a serious and controversial film maker. While in reality his films are just historical versions of that other candy floss peddler Karan Johar.
Telengana is under inept leadership currently as they are not interested in governing themselves but giving themselves an ego boost about having their own state. And they wont care how its horribly mismanaged atleast for a while.
As for Andhra or India or any third world growing, well it is easy to grow fast when you start at zero. Which is why developed countries have a lower growth rate than developing countries. U.S economists are ecstatic with 4% growth rate to be projected this year while India has 7.4%. In the end which country attracts more immigrants and investment?
Sir,
DeleteThanks for replying!
Ultimately it's the USA (and West Europe, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand) that attracts investments and immigrants too. Thanks for your perspective on growth. I didn't see it from this side.
Yes, Tamil Nadu has plenty of socialist schemes. 50 years ago, Tamils were in abject poverty and were helpless. Thanks to DMK, that improved to a large extent, because they were instrumental in bringing industries and investments to the state. Not to mention more educated people. It has egregious flaws no doubt, but then at least it was better than nothing.
As for Tamil Muslims, yes, they're the big cats in trade here. Hindus are more of the working class type. And they weren't too much into government jobs at least for the past 2 decades. Some of them did, because they wanted a fail safe option. West Tamil Nadu (Kongu Nadu) were always entrepreneurial.
I don't know much about Telangana, so I asked while mentioning what I (partially) observed there in Hyderabad.
When you mentioned Americans asking why India is such a hellhole, the first person who came to mind was Kalavai Venkat. I remember you steamrolled him on Koenraad Elst's blog, so I asked. And I noticed he replied in a condescending manner every time.
As for Sanjay Leela Bhansali, I didn't know about him, but I kind of wanted to go to the movie, even before the Rajputs started their protests. So even if it had released uncut, I would've most probably seen it. But yes, Rajput protests over a fiction was in part responsible for me going and martyring myself at the theater. So SLB goes to the dustbin. I won't see any film by him in the future.
Thanks.
Tamil Nadu needs to eliminate all freebies (not going to happen under the current regime sadly) and avoid manipulating prices of commodities/services, for starters.
DeleteGrowth and development have been relegated to the backbenches for the past 7 years. Since 2011, this state hasn't witnessed any growth. It has only deteriorated progressively to the extent that Chennai city couldn't handle moderate rainfalls in 2017, for the third consecutive year!
Here's hoping it will change soon for the better, though I'm very skeptical.
Sir, I am no fan of Kalavai Venkat. But as long as he is exposing the dangers of 'my way or the high way' religion Christianity, it's a battle of the Ideas.. isn't it? To my knowledge, cursing of Murti puja (read Hindu gods) as Satan is what the Pastors do (exceptions remain though) as asked by the Israelite Jealous god & we need to pay them back in the same coin.
DeleteThere are many who are doing a much better job than Kalavi venkat with regard to Christianity. He routinely makes a fool of himself by making fantastic statements like enforcing Christianity is child abuse and is cause for child protective services to sieze children. Even those on the fence will immediately rush to the defense of Christians on this issue.
DeleteThe guy lives in a Christian majority country with a good deal of the population being devout (unlike Western Europe) and is enjoying the benefits of a First World country which is Christian. Why doesnt he stay in the Hindu paradises of India and Nepal and abuse Christianity?
Furthermore Satan doesnt have much of a say in the Old Testament. He appears sporadically in Genesis and the Book of Job , a detailed geneology is given in Isiah.
The gods of the Canaanites were not demonized by the Israelites as much as considered ineffective but in reality , the Bible is more prescriptive than descriptive. The worship of multiple gods continued apace until the Babylonian captivity.
Ysv ,sire, what's the problem if a farmer takes a dump in his own farm ? isn't he saving up on the fertilizer cost lol ;) ?
ReplyDeleteLOL never mind that amount of fertilizer is not enough. Anyway he is just leaving it there for someone else to pick up or use pigs as waste disposal.
DeleteFurthermore imagine all the tourism revenue lost because no one wants to see that from the train early in the morning. I think you know what I mean :)
Sir,
DeleteI find it a little bit gross, but then we as a nation don't get much tourist revenue anyway, thanks to our #1 at #2 in the open culture as you say.
If you don't mind, I didn't understand what you mean by Kashmir being a lost cause. Is it because it is out of India's hands and heading for possible secession, or something else I might have missed?
By European style federation, do you mean like different countries being part of EU, different states of India being part of a new Indian Union of sub-nations instead of one nation? Because I think India can be more like the USA with respect to its states.
And what about our Northeast states? What about their future?
I hope I didn't irritate you by asking.
Thanks.
Indias tourist infrastructure and potential is woefully underdeveloped. Despite India known for its monuments, culture and natural beauty, it gets less tourists than sub saharan Africa.
DeleteUSA is different from the EU. A guy from Washington and Florida(opposite sides of the country) have much more in common than someone from Finland and Italy or Kashmir and TN/ Gujarat and Assam.
In other words in U.S pretty much every state has the same ethnic mix of majority white, black , Hispanic and all speaking English and following Anglo Celtic Judeo Protestant culture which defines America.
In the southwest and Florida and New York, you have more Hispanic populations.
But overall U.S is pretty homogenous.
Northeast was Hinduized relatively late though I think Assam and Manipur are exceptions(Kiratas mentioned in Mahabharat are their ancestors).
That's true. India's tourist infrastructure is awful. Kerala is relatively better in that regard, but that's pretty much it. Tamil Nadu still has a long way to go, although a few tourists say they find Tamils more friendly.
Deletehttps://www.tripsavvy.com/why-tamil-nadu-is-best-for-solo-women-travelers-in-india-3971447
The state is still awful and has to improve. Don't know about the rest though.
Oh, okay, I didn't notice the cultural differences between different regions of Europe & India and the similarities between American states.
Yes, Northeast was Hinduized in the last five centuries. I was wondering what future they would have if, and IF, India became like a European Union style federation.
India is an agrarian society . About 60 % live in the villages . Taking a dump in a field helps fertilise the field . May be the qty might be insignificant , but there are other things like microbes , bacteria , virus in the stool which might help restore the fertility of the field much faster irrespective of the qty of the stool . Conversely taking a dump into the toilet is lost , and I am thinking of the chemicals used to clean toilets . In the name of cleanliness we are doing more damage in the process

Is there any scientific research to back up these claims? Let us assume what you are saying is correct. Is it worth getting cholera, typhoid and a host of other diseases. Not to mention the lower quality of life living around human feces.
simple scientific research is .. when you use rotten leaves , manure , shit to fertilise the field it retains water , promotes bacterial activity . Use of salt or chemical based fertilisers like urea removes the humus from the soil which makes it bad for the plants . Plants need humus and top soil has to be rich in humus for the plants to have a conducive environment to grow. On a similar note a field which uses only inorganic fertilisers have problems with viral attack , bacterial attack etc . The reason is that good bacteria and virus are lost . This is what i have come to understand after a few years of farming . About chemicals being used in the toilets have we not read about lakes foaming in bangalore ? The bottom of the rivers and lakes turning into sludge ? Fish and fauna dying ?
DeleteIf you thought people take a dump around their houses in rural areas then I cannot help but laugh . A farmer is on his job by around 5 Am in the morning and he takes a dump in the barren fields . The feces , manure , bird droppings are disintegrated due to various microbial activity and the microbes are the ones which are beneficial to plants in the sense that they help decompose the waste into useful nutrients for the plants . Simple method of understanding is we have maggots in our body . Until we live the maggots cannot get active , but when we die the maggots can consume a body in a couple of days . That is natures way of recycling .
I also do know about hydrophonics , but again we are discussing natural propagation and not test tube or cloned babies .
What you are saying does not make sense as a farmer needs more feces than that to fertilize his soil.
DeleteI mean is there any scientific reasons that this type of compost is better than readymade fertilizers.
And what the heck are you talking about having maggots while we are alive. Maggots are due to flies and other insects laying eggs in a corpse. There are no dormant maggots inside us waiting for us to die. I mean WTF
sorry ! but on a different note we cannot look at unidimensional science to understand everything . There is proof that compost is a much better type of fertiliser than chemical fertilisers , but you keep asking the same question again and again .
Deletehttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK209710/ . I meant maggots cannot get active when we live , but when we die they start multiplying . Maggot eggs might be in the nose , mouth etc .
Let's not forget that India's toilet problem and rape have become useful talking points for the usual suspects- BBC and Pakistanis online trying to sling mud at India at every chance available.
ReplyDeleteExactly , so why not eliminate these talking points by tackling these issues head on?
DeletePrem Chand,
DeletePakistan has the world's biggest slum somewhere near Karachi.
However, as sir mentioned, it's time we took these problems head-on instead of complaining that BBC and online Pakistanis are slinging mud at us.
Assuming India had none of the aforementioned problems, there will still be people who will throw mud at us. Spite is part and parcel of human nature. We can do one of the two:
1. Ignore them.
2. Work at improving ourselves.
That's pretty much it.
Almost forgot to mention.
DeleteI remember seeing so many Pakistanis slinging mud at India during the last decade despite the then ruling Congress/UPA being overly pro-minority. India bending backwards to appease minorities at the time didn't do a thing to change the opinion of Pakistanis. What makes us think they will ever stop their hatred? Or BBC?
If you can, try to counter them. Or else, just ignore. No point trying anything else with respect to them.
Pakistanis used to pretend to care about Indian Muslims at one point but really after how they have treated the Mohajirs(Muslims from regions in India, not Pakistan) they really have no moral leg to stand on.
DeleteThere is strong ethnic component to Pakistans hatred of India, a good deal of it has to do with them being fairer skinned and delusions of being descendents of rulers of India such as Saka, Kushans, Indo Greeks and Mughals.
Add to this the British nonsense of martial race and you have the superiority complex that Pakistan has. But in reality it is a crutch for their incredible inferiority complex they have compared to Arabs and Persians and Central Asians. I have myself seen how they grovel to them.
Hatred of India is what unites Pakistan, I doubt it will end anytime soon.
BBC bashes any one who they suspect of not coddling Muslims or if they choose free markets over socialism. India these days is "guilty" of both and hence BBC spew their venom.
Anyhow even BBC isnt a bastion of moral authority. THey have shamelessly shielded rapists and pedophiles only because they were respected BBC personalities.
"We can do one of the two:
Delete1. Ignore them.
2. Work at improving ourselves." ---- Why can't we do both :) ? Besides, as far as slums are considered, the only solution is sterelization. I heard Czech and some European countries did the same with gypsies/romani people (who are of Indian descent btw). The rape problem % wise is highest in the regions with lowest sex ratio for women (and these regions are also the most conservative).
Sometimes I think it's not only the "foeticide" that's responsible for abysmal sex ratio in the north-western states(I think "millions of female fetuses aborted" is just propaganda but I might be wrong), may be something's up with the environment that causes such high degree of masculinization in the womb.
@tim
Delete" Besides, as far as slums are considered, the only solution is sterelization. I heard Czech and some European countries did the same with gypsies/romani people (who are of Indian descent btw)."
I guess while we are at it, we can also declare Modi as the Führer and start a third world war LOL.
@tim drake
DeleteAny society which has a predilection to have such a high "masculization of the womb" as you put it may not survive very long unless they abduct other women. Perhaps this is why the high rape rates in Delhi ,Haryana and UP occur, who knows.
But overall I know we are confusing effect with cause. The Haryana, Punjab etc cultures are dysfunctional to begin with. I dont know why exactly. Sikhs initially brought about a positive change when it came to womens education etc but even they are into honor killing and the like. The problem is probably mostly with Jat and Rajput honor cultures. And you couple that for dowry and you have female infanticide and gender selective abortion.
700 women or so for 1000 men is not natural at all , there is definitely something manmade about this skewed ratio. I suspect it is mostly gender selective abortions. Yes I know its illegal but we know what a joke law and order can be in those regions.
@Prem Chand
DeleteWhen India barely cares about its own gypsies , I doubt the world will believe if we shed crocodile tears about European gypsies. No need for WWII LOL, Europeans will be more than happy to pay us to repatriate those gypsies.
Even the most liberal, leftist and PC Western European will express his frustration and disgust at gypsies and for good reason. Eastern and Central Europeans OTOH are having a good laugh at Western Europeans as they have been warning them about opening borders ala EU to gypsies and offering social benefits. In return French, Germans etc called the Polish, Czech, Hungarians etc xenophobic, racist and even Nazis for having such views.
And now they have the same views haha. Seriously the European gypsies are vermin. They have no good character traits whatsoever. I am not at all interested in having any connection with them.
@tim drake
DeleteI forgot to address the sterilization part(which I suppose was the basis of Premchands Fuhrer jibe rather than gypsies).
Slums are created for the following reasons as far as I can tell
1) Mismanagement or rural areas leading to overpopulation of cities
2) Actually a good number of slum peoples especially in Mumbai are given proper flats and houses for free or do own them but prefer to rent these out and live in slums
3) Related to 2) Many Indians are accustomed to living in filth and squalor and even if they have access to a more comfortable life, they are happy to forego for greater profits.
India's birth rate has been declining steadily. There is no need for sterilization drives, forcible or otherwise. In protest people actually may start having more children just to spite the authorities. I believe this occurred after Indira Gandhi or rather Sanjay Gandhi's forcible attempt at sterilization.
Anyway if we start deciding who is fit and unfit to reproduce, yes we are no better than Hitler. THe best option is a open and free economy devoid of regulations where anyone is able to work will find work except the most unable/disabled which will cared for by the state or private charity
Regarding Indians being filthy, well shame and humiliation work wonders, no need to sterilize or kill. For example look at the youtube videos of Indian cooks (in India) cooking in their restaurants and kitchens, the comments by posters all over the world reflecting on the hygienic standards are far from complimentary. And of course you have the lame brained Indian nationalists who attempt to defend them("they are poor", "as if you can cook any better", yes these are actual answers by educated middle class Indians). In time even these nationalists turn tail and flee due to the unrelenting humiliation they face for those comments.
Foreigners of all stripes have noted that Indians are defensive and prickly when criticized. I think its mostly because Indians really think they are better than anyone else. They dont even see the cognitive dissonance when have to go abroad to seek better pay and higher standard of living.
I need Indians require more mocking and humiliation for lack of cleanliness, shabby looking cities not less. And a lot of this should come from Indians too.
@YSV
DeleteI do agree that Indians require chastisement for running the country so abysmally. However, much of that criticism comes from people who don't have India's best interests at heart. There is no shortage of characters out there who would like nothing but to see India fail. This is after all an upcoming power and no one wants to share the already crowded table of powerful nations. God forbid that a nation of snake charmers and cow worshippers get a say in world affairs! But this state of affairs wont last very long. India might be a dirt poor country, but given its size and cultural diversity, its a miracle that its a single country at all. Our democracy and pluralism should be a should be sources of pride and its high time we realized its under threat both from within and without.
I have no doubt, many people who chastise Indians dont pass the smell test. But that itself doesnt negate their observations or opinions. After all even India's well wishers make the same observations eg. Koenraad Elst and Theodore Dalrymple.
DeleteIndias power is nothing to scoff at.Worlds 4th largest army, a nuclear power with its own space program and delivery system and super computers, all indigenous.
I object to India's place on a security council as India has no sense of mission or vision. It does not know what it is or where it is going. The only thing that unites India is Hinduism but the elites who rule the country are too terrified to even mention the word. BJP and Modi is an improvement in this regard but they have wrecked by imposing THEIR brand of generic north Indian Hinduism with veneration of cow, Rajput, Ram on the rest of India which has not caused only resentment.
At least during the Nehruvian era, India had a sense of purpose as head of the non Aligned nations movement.
One major problem I see is the country run by those of Gangetic culture and their hestitation for foreign adventures and involvement which is the norm historically. Even during EIC, Tamil soldiers were preferred for foreign expeditions as the Biharis and UP did not wish to serve abroad.
Much of the country is semi literate and insular. However this is changing obviously. Indians dont mind travelling abroad at all to earn a living. But again UP and Bihar who are over represented in Indian politics are conspicuous by their absence in foreign lands.
As for pluralism, of course India needs no lectures from anyone on religious tolerance but ethno linguistic quasi nationalism is a serious problem. Not to mention tribalistic caste system which further excarbates the situation.
I dont place too high a premium on democracy for its own sake.. I believe India was not suitable for democracy post independence. It should have gone the route of South Korea and Singapore with a benevolent dictator.
"2) Actually a good number of slum peoples especially in Mumbai are given proper flats and houses for free or do own them but prefer to rent these out and live in slums"--- Lol, I saw this in a movie called "nayak"
DeleteRegarding sex ratio in haryana,it has improved slightly. I heard 918 girls were born per 1000 boys last year. Slightly older state/country wise data at
http://rchiips.org/nfhs/factsheet_NFHS-4.shtml
"I believe India was not suitable for democracy post independence. It should have gone the route of South Korea and Singapore with a benevolent dictato
" --- Glory to Lee kuan yew then. However, the current generation of Singapore doesn't like him it seems.
A slight digression but I was seeing some population genetics on Indian people from Y chromosome perspective (son inherits Y chromosome from father who inherits it from his father and so on). Now I was particularly surprised to find about a particular Y chromosome haplogroup L-M20 whose range stretches across the whole of Western India that is,from western Jammu and Kashmir in the North to Kerala, Tamil Nadu in the South
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplogroup_L-M20.
So,we might have a jat male in haryana, Kallar male in Tamil Nadu and a Balochi in Pakistan all sharing a recent paternal ancestry. Also interesting is it's high frequency around indus valley.Plz see the map in the Wikipedia page I provided.
Also, interesting is it's high frequency in the Kalash males(I think Witzel has talked about "Kalash" people who have been a relatively isolated tribe for millennia). This has made a few people hypothesize the origin of the haplogroup L-M20 in the hindu-kush/Indus valley region while some might associate the origin around Tamil Nadu/Kerala.
Tim Drake,
DeleteWe have to note that the current generation of Singapore is also partly composed of descendants of immigrants from third world hellholes, hence some Kshama Sawants would exist there too. Whatever be, LKY was a legend who made Singapore the modern nation it is today. And he was from the same school of economics as Nehru initially before he departed. Yes, he was a dictator of sorts, but he followed the basic principles of freedom and made Singapore rich. Not everybody can be America!
Rao sir,
Caste system is a problem, true, but ethno linguistic nationalism is a symptom, which, if left unchecked, will become a very real threat. Like you proposed, India needs either a European style federalism, or at the bare minimum, some power to states, like border control. The resentment, especially in recent times, is because local cultures in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, for instance, are getting diluted. It's natural for people of any ethnicity to want to retain their society as it is.
Maharashtra, especially Mumbai, is already submerged with migrants from UP, Bihar and elsewhere. In the past decade alone, Tamil Nadu saw the number of immigrants shoot up from around 20,000 in the 1990s to over a million in the 2000s. Almost 39 times. These immigrants don't stay quiet either. They indulge in crime. And guns are entering the state in a free flow now. Isn't this a threat to Tamil society?
https://scroll.in/article/865569/indian-population-is-growing-much-faster-in-the-north-and-the-south-is-paying-the-price
Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, etc., have much lower birthrates than the cow belt states. The natives/locals lowered their birthrates with more prosperity. Is that bad?
Is this not a cause for concern? Should this not be a cause for concern?
If current trends continue, peninsular India will become a mere extension of the cow belt, with local cultures either marginalized or totally wiped out. Why should we go the way of the Northeast or the innumerable languages that went extinct since 1947? For any reason?
Federalism is a screaming necessity now.
Apologies in advance if I said anything inconvenient.
As it now stands, Tamils, Telugus etc are the overwhelming majority in their states even if birth rates are very low. In time the cow belt rates will also go down with more education. If not , Im afraid South India will go the Sri Lanka route with ethnic cleansing of UP, Biharis etc.
DeleteI hope BIMARU states get more education and I'm ready to back governments irrespective of party that will move those states in that direction. And industrial development as well.
DeleteWhat you say is true, let's see what the future holds.
"We have to note that the current generation of Singapore is also partly composed of descendants of immigrants from third world hellholes, hence some Kshama Sawants would exist there too" --- Does kshama Sawant translate to apologist (kshama means forgiveness/apology ,what does Sawant mean) ? Btw,i wrote my response after talking to a few chinese origin youngsters who were born in the relative richness of singapore . Since they had every material prosperity ,the only thing they supposedly lack was "freedom of speech/expression and removal of sec 377" :). Regarding America, one has to understand ,America used to be a country with strict christian morals. Post WW2 brought quite a change.
ReplyDelete"Maharashtra, especially Mumbai, is already submerged with migrants from UP, Bihar and elsewhere" --- But i think these immigrants are usually the one doing menial construction and labour jobs.A lot of them live in slums.I don't think they pose a threat to marathi culture considering they rarely migrate to small towns/villages. Mumbai is a semi-westernized city one should remember. I doubt even Shahrukh can speak fluent Marathi. Besides a lot of migrants do learn Marathi.
Regarding Karnataka, again the migration pattern is same ,that is limited to Bengaluru but here we have influx of relatively smart people (mostly software engineers/entreprenuers) but they rarely learn Kannada so that might be a problem to the localites here who don't understand Hindi/English. But in this case, if you throw away the cow-belters (a lot of whom happen to be employers/start-up founders ) you lose a lot.
I don't know much about the migration pattern of Tamil Nadu as i haven't lived there but from what little i know after reading Bala Senthil Kumar's answers on quora , a lot of tamil people aren't people interested in doing menial labour jobs. So, again in this case ,it's the people from lower socio-economic strata who migrate there who are in no position to change the culture as they are poverty ridden and in most cases have to learn Tamil themselves. Crime however,is a problem though.
Imo to change the culture ,people need to migrate in great numbers to all major towns/villages and have to be in dictating position (neither of which has happened or will happen). Birth-rate of Bihar and UP is a problem to which i earlier recommended sterilization :/. UP however has the luxury of being closer to NCR region and i hope some sanity returns with yogi after Mayawati/Mulayam's rule.
Bihar is doomed though even with Mr Nitish Kumar.
Btw, the sroll news link you posted takes data from the link - http://rchiips.org/nfhs/factsheet_NFHS-4.shtml.
Feel free to go through the respective states data.
As far as I see , UP's fertility has fell down to 2.7 during NHFS-4 from 3.8 NHFS-3. Incoming years will see a large decline. For Bihar ,it's 3.4 from 4.0 (a decrease of 0.6 compared to 1.1 of UP :) ).
Just forgot to ask, what are the states that come under the definition of cow-belt ? Is it only UP and Bihar or do some more states come inside the definition ?
ReplyDeleteTim Drake, kshama Sawant is the name of a person. Sawant is a surname from Kshatriya Maratha caste in Maharashtra & Goa. Haven't you heard of aaj tak journalist Gaurav Sawant?
DeleteHi friends,
ReplyDeleteI have a random query, if you don't mind, please.
Has anybody here owned/rode any Royal Enfield bike? And/or do you now?
I've been thinking about this for sometime now. As we all know, RE has bikes ranging from 350 cc to 500 cc and will expand to 650 cc/750 cc later this year.
A resident of Chennai, the home of Royal Enfield, I've always been fascinated by their bikes, though I never had a chance to own one. I know maintenance costs are very high (costs a minimum of 4,000 to 5,000 bucks each time). And even if RE doesn't directly help, almost every mechanic in Tamil Nadu knows the RE like the back of his hand. :)
But I want to know if it has other problems and issues before buying (I'm rather hellbent on buying a cruiser bike over any other type).
As of now, 3 RE models are very popular: Bullet, Classic and Thunderbird. New models have entered the RE stable: like Continental GT and Himalayan.
If there's anybody here who owns one (or owned one in the past), or at least has some experience with it, please let me know.
Which Royal Enfield model is the best? Is it the Bullet, the Classic, the Thunderbird? Or is it the Continental GT or the Himalayan?
Are there other cruisers in the Indian market worth considering, like Harley-Davidson, DSK Benelli, Triumph, etc., which are better, and how?
I'd love to know. I'm not immediately going to buy them, maybe after a few months, but I'd like to know beforehand.
Thanks.
Rode Enfield Bullet and Harley Davidson(dont remember model, it was my friends) when younger.
DeleteEnfield and Davidson go way back to WWII and WWI respectively . But it seems Enfield is built for durability and reliability. Harley Davidson appeal is a triumph of marketing.IMO not worth the obscene amount of money enthusiasts pay for them.
Best to got with Bullet. Dunno about DSK , Triumph.
Sir,
DeleteThank you very much for your opinion!
DSK is just an Indian business conglomerate that also manages foreign motorcycle brands in India. Benelli and Hyosung in India are managed by DSK.
Benelli is Italian. Hyosung is Korean. Triumph is British. I don't know anything else about them, but they are available in the Indian market.
I did inquire about Royal Enfield with owners. Seems the old Bullet and Classic are the only good bikes from the RE stable. The 350 cc one is for cities, while 500 cc ones are for long distance rides. The other RE roll-outs like Thunderbird, Himalayan and Continental GT seem to be creating a lot of trouble.
I will have to wait though, once I give an order. It will take at least 2 months to get an RE Bullet or Classic due to the demand and RE's old technique of handcrafting vintage bikes instead of line production and automation. So I might as well postpone it further depending on my financial condition at the time.
Harley Davidson is pricey. It starts at 500,000 Rupees in India for a Street 750 cc.
Bullet is the best option in this regard, given Indian roads aren't really good for bikes beyond 500 cc. As for maintenance and repair beyond the warranty period, for which RE is rather notorious, I'll procure the spare parts myself.
Thanks.
ysv rao why u call india a shithole and bully capt followers ? ur born and brought up in india but behaving like some foreign stooge
ReplyDeleteysv rao nobody hates u plz stop acting like a bully and a foreign stooge

DeleteHahah mishraji. Dont worry in my view both these comments are equally retarded.
DeleteWhen you are dealing with amith mishras, they will manage to end up 3rd in a two man race.
Amith Mishra 1 and Amith Mishra 2:
DeleteFrankly I can't differentiate between the two of you. But wait, I have some clues...
1. Here:
http://empiresoflight.blogspot.in/2015/01/now-captains-bloggers-are-plagiaring.html
The display name is "amith Mishra".
2. Here:
http://empiresoflight.blogspot.in/2016/12/excerpt-from-anthony-daniels-wilder.html
The display name is "amith mishra".
So this only leads us to one conclusion: Amith Mishra is talking to himself using two ids to spam this blog. Both of them while pretending to fight each other, actually target the blog author.
What does that tell us?
P.S: Dear Amith Mishra, you aren't a celebrity or a billionaire for others to "impersonate" you. I guess captain's megalomania has not only gotten into his own head, but into yours as well.
Wishing you a speedy recovery from your mental illness.
Good Luck.
Th1rt3en ur fucking moron you cant differentiate because u lack intelligence someone copied my style i didnt post that comment there was no need to create a fake id, i never visited ysv blog since long time , may it was you impersonated me since you see, to give links of past chats i believe its your mischief . this is what if read too much of ysv blogs you turn into a moron
Deleteps Th1rt3en , or 14 whatever keep the advice with you and fuck yourself

DeleteTHIS COMMENT IS FOR THOSE WHO THINK LIKE THE FRAUD "Th1rt3en" LET ME BREAK IT DOWN
DeleteANYONE CAN COPY PASTE FROM YSV , JAM ETC COMMENT SECTION AND CLAIM IT WAS DONE BY YSV RAO TO CREATE A DRAMA , BUT WHAT IS THE MOTIVE HERE I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN FROM IT. IN PAST YSV HAD WRITTEN A POST ABOUT ME HENCE I REACTED THAT WAS END OF IT .
RECENTLY SOMEONE HAS BEEN CREATING FALSE ID OF CAPTAIN FOLLOWERS ABUSING CAPTAIN I HAVE SUSPICION THAT PERSON LIKE "Th1rt3en" WHO HAVE DONE THROUGH RESEARCH MAY BE HE IS BEHIND ALL OF THESE MISCHIEF.
Whatever dude. If I delete those comments will you then STFU?
Deletewhich comments ? why are defending this fraud "Th1rt3en"
DeleteAmith Mishra,
DeleteFrankly I can't understand your mumbling. But let me tell you this.
I don't use the Internet too much these days. I'm keeping away due to work and personal reasons. There's absolutely no need for me to impersonate you of all people. Like I said, you're not a billionaire or a celebrity for me to impersonate.
And regarding doing "thorough research" of captain followers, impersonating them and abusing the captain, I mean, are you serious? I haven't visited the captain's blog in a very long time, and many folks I know who followed him before have left. That's because they couldn't take his rage and found his anomalies too much to take. If you still suspect I'm making false IDs and conspiring against captain, your wish, I'll just look the other way. You can keep barking.
I have a life. I also have my own problems. Frankly I have little time to even scan through Vadakayil's blog (because it takes hell a lot of time to even load due to the images and other content) forget about reading the comments section word by word (which has mostly been his own comments since 2015-16). When this is the case, just because somebody impersonated you, and I happened to merely find out where you commented on this blog (you only commented on 2-3 posts, and this blog has 48 posts, it can be done by pretty much anybody), doesn't mean I did it.
On the one hand, you say I lack intelligence, on the other hand you say I did "thorough research" on captain's followers and created fake IDs to create trouble.
Make up your mind!
Th1rt3en
Deletelet me break it down for you i may not be a billionaire that doesn't me iam less of important person than anyone , you are not aware of latest development in captains blog. Even if i go by your logic that means i should not secure my computer with antivirus since iam not celebrity does it make sense ?
captains followers consider captain as their guru hence they cannot tolerate anyone abusing him, it takes years to earn that respect.
if you have knowledge start your own blog point out as to where captain is wrong with proof then people will also hear your point of view
lastly i suspect it may have been your mischief you seem to be giving links
of past comments pointing out that i am impersonating my self and you lack
intelligence since you failed to establish the motive ,
if wanted to abuse ysv rao why should i create my own alternated id to do it does it make sense ,that is why either your stupid or by justifying iam creating drama by linking it to the past interactions you seem to be covering your own tracks
Amith Mishra,
DeleteWhatever dude, you can keep barking. I could care less.
No doubt captain's followers consider him a guru, even I did at some point of time. But even if he is knowledgeable (for instance, in chemical tankers), his knowledge is buried under truckloads of rage, hate, bigotry and violence.
Remember that guy deleted all references to Aamir Khan in his blog after the latter filed a complaint with the cops. And he was arrested in Manipal, Karnataka, not Calicut, Kerala, where he claims to live. What does that tell you?
All it takes is for a celebrity or a powerful person to file a case and captain will bend. Despite all his high talk, he doesn't seem to follow anything he preaches.
https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/mumbai/Manipal-man-arrested-for-defaming-actor-Aamir-Khan/articleshow/33922865.cms
Sorry, but I'm not going to point out what's wrong with him, just because you demand it. The author of this blog site YSV Rao has written 4-5 separate posts on him.
http://empiresoflight.blogspot.in/2013/10/ajit-vadakayil-deranged-lunatic.html
http://empiresoflight.blogspot.in/2014/07/ajit-vadakayil-what-is-he.html
You can try rebutting him if you can.
As for giving links, like I said before, your comments are only in 2-3 posts on this blog site. It's easy for anybody to access what you've commented here. I also bookmarked them earlier, so it was all the more easier for me. What's the big deal in that?
I have no need to establish any motive because I have no hand in this game.
Almost forgot to mention:
DeleteYou admit you trolled Rao on this blog.
"ANYONE CAN COPY PASTE FROM YSV , JAM ETC COMMENT SECTION AND CLAIM IT WAS DONE BY YSV RAO TO CREATE A DRAMA , BUT WHAT IS THE MOTIVE HERE I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN FROM IT. IN PAST YSV HAD WRITTEN A POST ABOUT ME HENCE I REACTED THAT WAS END OF IT ."
So you admit you were the one who trolled this blog with the ID "ysv rao eunch"? Yet you lashed out at us saying you weren't Amith Mishra back then?
How can we believe you now?
This comment has been removed by the author.
DeleteAMONG YSV RAO FOLLOWERS I DONT THINK ANYONE WILL STOOP DOWN SO LOW AS TO IMPERSONATE OTHERS , I DONT THINK ANYONE / YSV RAO FOLLOWERS ARE INTERESTED IN ME OR MY PAST INTERACTIONS. YOU SEEM TO HAVE DONE DEEP RESEARCH WHICH INDICATES TO ME THAT ITS YSV HERSELF
DeleteAAH !!NOW I KNOW WHAT THIS GAME IS ALL ABOUT. THIS WILL BE MY LAST COMMENT
DeleteI KNOW WHO YOU REALLY ARE NICE TRY YSV RAO U THOUGHT YOU CAN FOOL ME BY CREATING ANOTHER ID Th1rt3en THIS IS EXACTLY HOW YSV RAO REPLIES WHEN SOMEONE EXPOSES HER "Th1rt3en"/YSV RAO WHOEVER YOU ARE YOU ,HAVE ALREADY PLAYED THIS GAME BEFORE WITH CAPTAIN , WITH ME , MILIN PATEL , ETC YOU DELIBERATELY WRITE AN ARTICLE, COMMENTS AGAINST PERSON FORCING THEM TO REPLY THEN INCREASE YOUR COMMENTS IN THE BLOG
ANY WAYS Th1rt3en/ YSV RAO YOU HAVE NO CLASS YOU TRY IT ON SOMEONE ELSE TO GET RID OF YOUR MONTHLY KHUJLI
Just to inform you, I'm another person who got banned from this site a few years ago for bigotry.
DeleteActually neither the author nor his readers are interested in impersonating you.
Sorry.
some people are mocking ajit vadakayil for his arrest these people don't realise that because of him show got cancelled . it takes courage to take on celebrity
ReplyDeleteand expose him. what has ysv rao done in his life other than piss and fart. ajit is a hero who fights for the justice , he doesn't reference aamir khan may b because he is following legal procedure, that doesn't make him a coward .
DeleteThere is evidence of neither causation nor correlation of Ajit Vadakyils piece and Khans show getting cancelle unless you can provide evidence.
A guy who wakes up before sunrise and start a surya namaskara and chhat pooja everyday and claim that it is due to his efforts the sun rises each day.
There is as much credibility in that guys claims and Vadakayils.
Mr. Kareo,
Delete"some people are mocking ajit vadakayil for his arrest these people don't realise that because of him show got cancelled . it takes courage to take on celebrity and expose him."
Actually the Internet is rife with conspiracy theories and gossip that it would be hard for uninitiated people in many cases to identify which is true and which is not. So much for the Internet being touted as the liberator, it seems to have become a huge dumping ground for all kinds of stuff that we usually read in some obscure gossip magazine in some remote rural town that most people living there don't even know about or bother to read.
Not to deride the Internet, using which I literally made/built myself, but still there's this really negative aspect of the Internet: rumor mongering. And it has to be leveled.
"ajit is a hero who fights for the justice , he doesn't reference aamir khan may b because he is following legal procedure, that doesn't make him a coward ."
Cutting and pasting from random sites and passing them off as his own isn't fighting for justice. He is a fraidy cat, why else would he delete his take on Aamir Khan if he were so confident instead of fighting it out?
It's easy to sit behind the keyboard and make all kinds of allegations. It takes real guts to stand against and disprove them.
Captain's unsubstantiated/unprovable hit-and-run style exposés, apart from his bigotry, rage and extreme views, made him a pariah on the Internet.
rao sir can believe what this guy wrote on his blog let me copy paste comment
ReplyDeleteCapt. Ajit VadakayilFebruary 19, 2018 at 3:36 PM
REGARDING THE MUSLIM MLAs SON HARIS BEING ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER FOR JHAPPING UP A MAN WHO KEPT HIS LEG ON THE TABLE...
ONCE I WENT FOR A SEMINAR WHERE A WHITE AMERICAN KEPT HIS BROKEN LEG ( WITH PLASTER ) ON THE TABLE..
I FOUND THAT THE PLASTER WAS CLEAN-- WE WERE NOT EARTING--I LET IT GO..
ANOTHER TIME I CAME ACROSS A MAN SITTING WITH HIS LEG UP ON A MUMBAI BAR TABLE ...SAME SCENARIO...
HIS BROKEN LEG PLASTER WAS FILTHY ...
I ASKED HIM TO KEEP HIS LEG DOWN-- OR GO HOME AND DRINK...
HE DARED ME TO DO MY WORST..
SO I COMPLAINED TO THE BAR MANAGER .. HE SAID THIS GUY COMES DAILY , HE WONT PUT HIS LEG DOWN AND HE IS SOME MAFIA MAN..
DESPITE MY FRIEND WARNING ME-- I WENT UP TO HIM AND TOLD HIM TO KEEP HIS LEG DOWN --AS HIS LEG WAS AFFECTING MY "PRESENT MOMENT"- I TOLD HIM, I WILL BREAK THE OTHER LEG ..
HE KEPT HIS LEG DOWN , PAID UP AND LEFT THE BAR
MY FRIEND AND THE RESTAURANT WAITERS WARNED ME--HE WILL COME BACK WITH HIS GANG
NOTHING HAPPENED--I WAS IN THE BAR FOR ANOTHER TWO HOURS- HAS THREE MORE ROUNDS THAN I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE
ALL BULLIES ARE COWARDS
ON OUR WAY BACK TO THE CLUB MY FRIEND ASKED ME "WHY DID YOU THREATEN TO BREAK THE OTHER LEG--WHY NOT BREAL THE SAME BROKEN LEG ONCE MORE ?"
I REPLIED --ONLY A MEAN JEW CAN DO THAT
contd....
i cannot believe what i read !! , did someone pay him to defend mla son
Deletedoes this guy know the facts he is relating his experience to the incident
if someone puts his plaster leg accidentally on person does that give you right to smash bottle on face and assault him like a goonda some people have warned me about ajit vaqdakayil being a lunatic now i know why .
Why should we believe the captain about anything. He may as well made up his story to bolster his macho image amongst his followers. I suppose its possible it happened but captains credibility is so low that you have take everything he says with some salt , perhaps all the salt in the oceans he sailed :-)
DeleteFrom the very style of narration of the above faceoff with the imaginary gangster,I feel its concocted, all in Capt's head :) Not to say that such mafias do not exist, but generally ,unlike movies, gangsters in real life do not try to show off their prowess in petty things.
Delete@YSV
Deletein the meantime a lot has happened in ur blog ,I couldnt keep track because of work pressure. And the return of Amith Mishra along with his imposter was a soothing change for the mind :)
@Amith Mishra
To the real one,and not the fake-while u have learnt to write ur point in a more civil manner, sans the mindless Hindi slangs and bollywood song lines u had picked up probably from capt's blog,u have actually degraded to an even lower level .Or maybe u were the same ,its just that ur comments of the past made no grammatical sense to us :D
Also i dont know how many of you had a fracture or severly sprained their ankle that it needed plaster. It hurts like hell to have any sort of pressure on your leg. You need to keep your leg up just to avoid the pain.
DeleteGenerally keeping legs on the table is considered disrespectful of course. But we should have some consideration to those who are injured and are recuperating.
rao sir this comment is even hilarious let me share

ReplyDeleteajit fans have ganged up and started abusing me LOL.. what you said is true this guy in his blog told a imaginary story and his fans believe every word he says .if this was a true story ajit should have been in jail.i don't understand how can you assault a cripple to prove your point.
Jayaraman
DeleteActually, capt is pretty afraid of taking a stand against islam or muslims in general, and he is particularly sympathetic to muslims as well.Hence its pretty natural that he will defend the sone of a muslim MLA anyway. Also he is the person who would send his own son to a Rothshild univ, and then deter the rest of the world from taking admission in the same :) wrt islam&muslims, this same psychology manifests in him. While he will scream of 1000 years old slavery india has suffered,he is afraid of taking a public stance against anything islamic ,since that might land him in trouble. So lesser said about his bravery, morality and charecter, the better. This is the hero Amith Mishra and his likes look up to :)
I was very puzzled when the captain dedicated an entire post(or rather plagiarized as usual) to haranguing U.S about its use of drones killing civilians in Pakistan. Now to be sure there are many ethical considerations in such operations and children getting killed is tragic no matter who. But on the other hand, this is Pakistan and those getting killed are also terrorists(who are the primary target). And the number of these being killed per year are less than those who in traffic accidents in a year in Hyderabad. I dont fall to pieces at the latter so why should I care if an ally America kills a few Pakistanis ?
DeleteThe captain speaks highly about Pathans. In a nearly homo erotic description, he went on in great detail about the looks of some of his Pathan colleagues and praised Salman Khan for introducing body building and mocked Hindu actors for big butts and man boobs(captain projecting again). Anyway I guess he never heard of the naturally strong, athletic and strikingly handsome Dharmendra and Vinod Khanna.
I suspect captain has a Pakistan/Pathan fetish. I never seen any post bashing Pakistan as he does Telugus/ Tamils/ Bengalis etc.
Perhaps captain is an ISI agent out to spread discord and disunity among Indians.
What is interesting is the captain was in jail, not for assault but for libel. Now i thought he would take that as an opportunity to be a free speech champion and revel in his victimhood at the hands of a cruel tyrannical Rothschild puppet state. But no, he has scrubbed all references to this and seems embarassed. Isnt it strange , in America any individual who feels he /she is punished unjustly for their views(such as saying trans movement is an insanity) is promoted to stardom and in case they lose their job or business can get a lot of money through go fund me and becomes a torch bearer for free speech
DeleteBut not the captain, the reason he is embarrassed is not because he thinks himself as speaking truth to power. But he wants to be the power himself. All this talk of Rothschild is simply envy and wishful thinking on part of the captain. Most conspiracy theorists who go on about prosecution , secret tribunals, concentration camps and shadow governments wish they were doing these themselves.
Joseph Conrad had these guys number a long time ago- Every rebel yearns to be a tyrant.
The tragic history of the 20th and 21st century has proven this to be true.
@JAM
Deletere 1000 years/800 years slavery
Personally I dont think it is healthy to dwell too much on the cult of victimhood. As thinking yourself simply as a victim robs you of any agency. Secondly I prefer to also concentrate on Hindu strength and victories and resilience against Islam when rest of West and Central Asia collapsed like a house of cards.
During this so called 700 years of slavery , there was Vijayanagar, Gajapatis of Orissa ,Mewar, Mithila and Ahoms who maintained powerful Hindu states. Even the Senas of Bengal were not so easily dispensed with as claimed by Muslim propaganda.
Another confusion with this 700 years is where does it start? Does it start with the Delhi sultanate and end with independence of India? Then that completely ignores the effect of Marathas and Sikhs in destroying Mughal rule. Some Modi Bhakts even claim 700 years of slavery ended in April 2014! Now thats a head scratcher.
Or if you count Ghoris invasion and plunder to Marathas Peshwa dominion , that is 700 years. Here we are on stronger ground
But as I said that is not clear
And then the 1000 year caliphate exists only semi literate imaginations of Pakistani propagandists. This stems from the Arab conquest of Sindh in late 600 ACE. Though Arabs would completely fail in further conquests due to defeats administered by Chalukyas and Pratiharas. Arabs had to content themselves with Sindh and Punjab.
Admittedly these were lost to Islam but in reality the Guptas lost even before to the Huns. The area of Pakistan was lost to foreigners much before Islam.
jam sir since got arrested by aamir khan he has turned in to a Naapunsak
Deletehence he will not write anything against Muslim or Pakistan yes he will scream 800 yrs slavery etc, only big talks no action . its like he is paid agent .he will not say anything against Hindu murder by commies in his state or love jihad that is happening in Kerala . there is mass ethnic cleansing happening in his home state Kerala yet this Naapunsak will only shout against Christians Hindus etc
rao sir and jam sir i did a research on this fellow mohahamad haris mla's son he is supposed to a goonda in shantinagar Bangalore even in his school days teacher were afraid to punish him , imagine someone like vadakayil were to face this guy in bar even for all his boasting of macho image he will be hiding behind chairs ,there is a huge difference between a Bully and Rowdy, later can kill you if you cross their path.for any ajit fans who wants to emulate ajit vadakayil style my advice is not take ajit seriously because it can cost you your life . many people have been killed fighting less petty issues. if your guru ajit vadakayil were to face real rowdy he will be the first person to run to the exit.
